One of the greatest strengths of e-learning is the increased amount of communication that takes place - both at a student to student and student to instructor level. Many practitioners feel that this new constructivist approach (student to student idea exchange) may even lead to deeper learning. Before this increased communication can take place, basic communication tool usage must be mastered. You may have been using some of these tools for a long time, while others are may be new. The goal of this module is to introduce you to the most common types of e-learning communication tools in use. | |
