This course pursues three related questions:

• What is inspired leadership?
• How is spirituality related to it?
• What role does human character play in it?

Attention is paid to enlightened sages and to business models, and to the degree to which both apply to educational institutions. The main purpose is to develop a principled leadership suited to your growing sense of self and to the settings in which you live and work.
