In this module you learned about the the hardware and software technologies used in distance education. Although technology is becoming easier to use, it is still the single most frequently mentioned problem for the beginning distance learner. Most institutions have a help desk set up to assist in system setup issues. Be sure to use these resources if you are having difficulty.

  • Describe the architecture of the Internet
